2018 – a pivotal year

It seems that 2018 has become a pivotal year for INSOR.

The 20 year long Investor Relations consultancy has transformed into a much broader business with
the partnership of Beames Capital and the involvement in the gig economy.

Now working with three new businesses; Rounded, recstra and Solo Cover as well as continuing roles with East Ninth Brewing and Diadem, unlisted companies are dominating the consultancy.

The Board position at SDI Limited and the Chairmanship of their Remuneration Committee maintains a ‘listed’ role and ensures a current and constant update on regulatory changes and awareness of the obligations and duties of directors in preparation for the IPO of any of the unlisted companies.
