Testimonials

We began working with Insor in 2002 when we were introduced by a Sydney-based stockbroker with whom we had great respect. Working with the principal of Insor, Gerry Bullon, the Company grew its Institutional Register and achieved wider broker coverage.
The Company did encounter some turbulence in 2006 after a very strong growth period from 2002-2005 and it was important for the next few years to have Insor help manage the ‘downside’.
The Company has again had substantial growth since 2012 and the level of respect and integrity that Gerry has with the market has been of enormous benefit as we regain market confidence and again strengthen our share register.
In 2013, I invited Gerry to join the SDI Board which meant relinquishing his investor relations role. I am happy now to have his counsel and knowledge as a respected Board member and to support the next phase of growth under the operational management of our new Managing Director, Samantha Cheetham.

We worked with Insor for the year prior to our 2004 IPO listing on the ASX. Insor principal, Gerry Bullon, assisted us in our selection of the broker and in the production of the prospectus. Following the listing, we worked together to grow research coverage and develop a strong retail presence on our share register building on our already solid institutional presence from the IPO.
Insor also helped us with post-results investor roadshows and in drafting our Annual Report.

Insor’s Gerry Bullon has been part of our advisory board since 2010. Gerry was selected to join our board to assist Diadem with its aspirations for growth, exploring new markets and services as well as develop plans to expand internationally.
Working with Gerry has been so beneficial as he provides broad perspective drawn from his experiences in previous executive roles as well as the work he undertakes today with SMEs as well as listed companies. In particular, I find the one on one time of great value as Gerry provides counsel on some of the more challenging decisions I need to consider and the directions we need to navigate.
Through his continued tenure and contributions through our advisory board we have opened offices in New Zealand in 2010 and more recently in Hong Kong where we continue to seek international acquisition opportunities.

We have had a very profitable relationship associating with Insor and its principal, Gerry Bullon, since 1996 when we were working with other institutional investment firms and then through PIM, which was formed in 2000.
Every company that he brings to present to us, we seriously consider investing in. Gerry spends a great deal of time researching these companies and generally only associates himself and works with high quality stocks.
A large number of our most profitable investments have been made through companies associated with Insor.

I have known Gerry Bullon of Insor for approximately 20 years. His role has been in investor relations and corporate advice. My role is as a fund manager and he has assisted me in understanding the companies that he has represented and brought to us for consideration. This includes organising meetings, information and site visits.
Many smaller companies employ investor relations firms or have internalised the role. Therein lies the key difference with Gerry’s (Insor’s) approach and this is important to me. Gerry represents companies that he believes in, not every and any company. For this reason, when he calls and advises that he has a new client company, I will listen and review that company.
We have successfully invested in SIG, BRG (formerly HWI) and others partially due to Gerry’s involvement.
There are many investor relations firms in the market – they provide a myriad of services including report writing, organising meetings, post results and writing Annual Reports – Insor can do all of these things, however Gerry’s key advantage is his relationship with key fund managers and what he can add for companies beyond organising meetings.
